How to Prevent Yourself from Getting Sick!!
Winter is the time of year when most people contract an illness. This is for various reasons such as the temperature. The weather conditions are really poor lately. Temperatures drop to as low as 3 to 4 degrees in Auckland. With temperatures that low people often fall sick accordingly, the cold can affect your body, therefore you should cover up with warm clothing. One way to keep yourself nice and well is to take vitamin C. Vitamin C is really good to take when you are sick. It has all of the citrus in oranges, lemons, limes and other fruits like that. The citrus should help you feel refreshed and it will prevent you from getting sick.
Another way of keeping well is by getting the flu shot. If you do get the flu shot, it will help you even more so you won’t get sick. Doctors and nurses inject you with a little bit of the flu that is filled with vaccines and antibodies that are good for you, It will prevent you from getting sick.
The last way that can help you from not getting sick is too keep yourself clean. Taking a shower, using hand sanitizer and washing your hands will make all of the dirt and germs that are on you, disappear.`1236
