Healthy Eating

If you eat healthy fruit and Veges it will help you learn more things. An example breakfast is healthy and is the most important meal of the day. So you have to have cereal and a couple of toast and some fruit. For morning tea you have to eat some fruit, yoghurt and one or two cookies. For lunch you have to have a sandwich a bottle or water and some fruit. You have to eat healthy so you can learn better, and get a better eduction and so we can have heaps of learning power, and also so you can run fast and be fit.
